Q: Will I still have to pay maintenance fees?

A: Club Exploria has two fees – the Club dues that cover the annual operations and the Common Assessment Fees that cover the costs to operate and maintain the accommodations and facilities at the Club Exploria destinations. Everyone pays Club dues. The good news is that the Common Assessment Fees are calculated based on how many EXPOs you have. The Common Assessment Fees are made up of a base fee and a small fee for every EXPO you own. You pay only one base fee regardless of how many timeshare interests you own. This means You can double the number of EXPOs without doubling your maintenance fees! Club Exploria also has a program where you can pre-pay 1/12th of the estimated fees each month so you don’t have a large bill at the end of the year.
